How we handle copyright

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). A set named in a notice is hidden right away while we review it.

Sending a notice

Use the form above or email us. Include: your signature (typing your full name counts), the work you own, a link to the shared set, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you own the work or may act for its owner.

Counter-notice

If your set was removed by mistake, email us with your name and contact details, the set, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court. We may restore it after 10 business days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We remove sharing access, and may close the accounts, of people who repeatedly share material that infringes copyright.
